  2. What is the purpose of the D-SUB mean?
  • D-SUB is an acronym for decision submission. It means that you have completed full screening of a candidate, or have complete a video meeting using specifications given to you by management, and it is now time for the selection panel to take over and make a decision on the information which you provided after each video interview. 

 

  1. How should I turn in my D-SUB?
  • Attach D-SUBS daily to your PM daily time card template

 

  1. How do I enter new lines of information on my D-SUB?
  • Enter the date of each day’s entries in the left of the D-SUB

 

  1. How should I enter candidate names on the D-SUB?
  • On the D-SUB, you must copy and paste candidate names separately as FIRST name, and LAST name 

 

  1. What else am I required to attach to my DTC PM time card?
  • The CV of every interviewed candidate scored A/B

 

  1. Candidate has (2) mobiles/emails listed on his/her CV, which one should I add to my D-SUB?
  • You are only allowed to enter (1) mobile/email on the D-SUB, so ask candidate which is best to use, or enter the mobile on which you contacted the candidate.

 

  1. What types of email addresses are acceptable for the D-SUB?
  • You must enter only FREE email addresses, for example, GMAIL, HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK, or YAHOO type emails. Job board emails, for example, indeed emails are not acceptable for any spreadsheets 

 

  1. Can I add additional notes to the D-SUB spreadsheet?
  • Absolutely, not!  Please do not add any information which is not requested by the D-SUB
  • Please do not extent the columns by entering unnecessary information 
  • Use codes as instructed

 

  1. Should I add all booked interviews to my D-SUB spreadsheet?
  • Yes, add video bookings as you make them 

 

  1. For how long should I use each D-SUB for?
  • Use a D-SUB for an entire production period
  • Begin a new D-SUB on the first day of every new production period

  2. AD city
  3.  The ad city is the city listed on your job advert or job order, for example, London=LON, Manchester=MAN, Birmingham=BIR, Sheffield=SHE, Leeds=LED, Portugal=POT, India=IND
  4. See job order for correct city code

  • Admin assistant-ADM
  • Appointment setting=AST
  • Customer service-CSR

  1. V-I Time
  • Enter time at which video interview is scheduled, for example, 1, 130, 2, 230, 3, 330, 4

 

  1. Wages expectation
  • Enter 37K for £37,000/yr
  • Enter 12h for £12.00/hr

 

  1. Notice req.
  • If candidate is immediately available= enter 0w
  • If candidate available in 2 weeks= enter 2w
  • If candidate available in 30 days/or 1 month= enter 4w

 

  1. V-I  Script
  • Enter the video script used to interview candidate (H or I or B)
  • H script= used if CIPD/HR Management qualification is needed
  • I script=used if ISO 9001 certification is requited
  • B script= used if no special qualification/certification is required

 

  1. Working 6 or 12
  • Enter 12 if candidate has been in current job role for more than 12 months, or 6  if less than 12 months 

 

  1. HRM/CIPD
  • Enter Y is candidate has or is currently studying any CIPD qualification(level 3,5,7), BA,HR degree in human resource management or HR management is part of their degree

 

  1. V-I Score (video interview)
  • Assign your value of interview as A for excellent, B for good

 

  1. FT/PT
  • Enter fulltime as FT, part-time as PT

 

  1. Failed candidate
  • Enter names of failed candidates with (C scores)
  • Give reason code for C scored candidates as …poor communication (C-PC), no-show(C-NS), hostile/bad attitude(C-BA) Unqualified (C-UN).

 

  1. V- I Agent
  • Enter your initials if you video interviewed candidate

 

  1. V-I date (actual video interview completed)
  • Express as S/18 for September 18, or S-18

 

  1. Client code
  • Enter client code as stated on Job Order

 

  1.  V-M Type (video meeting)
  • Enter CI for candidate interview
  • AM for administrative meeting (training meetings/management meetings)

 

  1. *For Management Use
  • SPR once candidate is sent a request for references MGMT will enter Y 
  • MGMT OK means that management has given approval for candidate to be interviewed
